Passionate about cooking since I was a child, I quickly fell into the pot (by turning around).
Mom, Grandpa and tutti quanti contributed greatly to my taste education by first making me appreciate the “good food”, by making meals a time of sharing and conviviality. Then, with curiosity, I began to look into the books and benefit from the experience of renowned chefs.
Today I try to share my passion as much as possible. Even if cooking is not my profession, it takes a very important place in my life and is a great vector of contacts.
My influences are very varied. French cuisine is obviously one of my basic skills, but I admit that I can easily be carried away by Italian or Asian flavours….
